Immigrants in the Military
May 9, 2008 – 7:12 pmThis photograph connects two major election issues: immigration and a military stressed by Iraq and Afghanistan. It was taken two years ago by cobalt123 at an immigration-reform march in Phoenix, Arizona:

The boy’s sign does appear to be on target, at least according to the numbers from the beginning of the Iraq war. Of those 60,000 immigrants, roughly 50 percent apparently weren’t US citizens.

I think despite facts like these, many Americans will fall prey to the Mainstream Media’s views on immigration. Hopefully people will reason it out though before the next bill appears before congress.
