Candidate Cutouts
July 1, 2008 – 10:04 amEighteen-year-old Heather from Alexandria, Virginia, just graduated from 12th grade home schooling. She isn’t sure yet what her occupation will be, but she knows she likes John McCain (also her church, Starbucks coffee, and reading). On a post-primaries jaunt into DC, she spotted this cutout. In this picture, young Emma is apparently at the zoo (literal or political?). She, too, presumably hasn’t settled on a career, although tiger tamer could be an option. (Hat tip to James Mills.)

[Update 1 July 08: Emma is actually at Reagan National Airport. We were confused by the “zoo” tag on the photo’s Flickr page. Airports, of course, are certainly a kind of zoo. (See Pat Kernan’s comment.)]
