Jesse Jackson and a Hot Mic
July 15, 2008 – 4:29 pmLast week, Jesse Jackson said he’d like to “cut [Obama’s] nuts off” for “talking down to black people” in speeches about moral responsibility. Unfortunately he said it into a hot microphone at Fox News.
Mmby2k is a 27-year-old single mom in Alabama who thinks Jackson is a hater — possibly because of his two unsuccessful bids for the presidency. She also feels he should have known that Fox was just waiting for another black man to criticize Obama (thanks, Sarolta Cump):
William, a lawyer and “life strategist” in Cleveland, acknowledges that many people say unkind things in private. But he thinks public figures should be savvy enough to watch their mouths at all times. He also believes Jackson is just wrong about Obama. (Hat tip again to Sarolta Cump.)
