Pro and Anti Immigration

These pictures pretty much sum it up. It’s a big issue this election — especially in states like Texas, which votes and caucuses in primaries today.
The photo of the little girl holding the sign was taken in Scranton, PA, by Gary Clark (aka Mashuga), a retired university art professor from Pennsylvania. He has dedicated himself for several years now to photographing homeless people, and he says, “I want to know the people I photograph. In some way I try through my photos to communicate something about my subjects lives, their hopes and dreams.” This comes across in the picture of the girl.
Mike Schinkel captured the “no illegals” t-shirt in a series of shots he took at an anti-immigration rally in Cobb County, GA.
